Micro Beet Bulls Blood

This heirloom beet variety was one of the first microgreen varieties ever grown and been used in higher-end restaurants since the late 1980’s. It’s deep purplish and red leaves bring a bright color to the plate as well as a nutty, earthy, and beet-like flavor. It pairs well with risotto, beets and salads.
