Micro Kohlrabi Purple

Kohlrabi comes from the German word, “kohl” meaning cabbage, and “rabi” meaning turnip. The taste and texture of kohlrabi are similar to the flavor of a broccoli stem or cabbage heart, but milder and sweeter. Just add a few sprigs to a calzone or use it to top your frittata!
