Named after the sun god, Helios Cress is the young shoot of the Sunflower plant. Although they are native to North America, the flower we know was first cultivated in Russia. The plump leaves and stem are juicy, crispy, and full of sweet nutty flavor great in a salad or use it to finish your summer fruits.
